In order to be productive everyday, you need a plan - and you need a proven method.
1 Identify fixed commitments
Spend time planning your week ahead. Map out all your non-negotiable commitments like meetings, calls or appointments.
2 Organise your to-dos
Categorise your tasks for the week into: Quick Ticks (< 5 mins), Tasks (5–30 mins) and Projects (30+ mins). This will help you digest what you actually have to achieve rather than creating an overwhelmingly long list that lacks clear priorities.
3 Set your 3 non-negotiables
Choose three essential, non-negotiable tasks to complete for week and then break them down into each day. What are the 3 things that if you got done today, mean it would be a successful and productive day?
4 Schedule smartly
Schedule your tasks into your weekly schedule. Set out your daily reminders to set yourself up for the week.
