4 Now it's time to schedule
Fill out your fixed commitments, then within any remaining space, add time blocks for your non-negotiables. Finally, fill any extra time with quick ticks, tasks and projects.
5 Reflect & reset with a 3-minute check-in at the end of the day
Check in with what worked and roll over what matters.
